  • your contact information

  • a username and password

  • the security code (requires a computer mouse to drag and drop)

  • listing category - check off home exchange and if applicable luxury home exchange, senior, teacher and/or long term exchange

  • your home description

  • photos - we recommend you add photos after your listing is activated

  • desired destinations

 When your completed listing is activated and payment is received a staff member will send you a confirmation.  You can then login, add photos and start sending out inquiries to other members.

Include:

  • your name/email address, 
  • a password that you will use  
  • the name of your city/town/region (province or state)

 we will create a login for you.

A staff member will send you a confirmation (usually within a few minutes) when your login is activated and you will then be able to complete your listing/add photos.  When your completed listing is activated and payment is received a staff member will send you a confirmation.  You can then login and start sending out inquiries to other members.

Senior home exchange members can choose to arrange an exchange

  1. with other seniors - only seniors home exchange listings

  2. with all  members (families, couples, singles, friends and seniors) of our Global network all home exchange listings on Global

  • Seniors are not usually limited to set periods for travel thus providing seniors house swapping for short and longer term vacations  more flexibility to arrange exchanges
