2. register your home   When you have completed the above payment form please register your home details and add photos 

3.  Once your listing is processed and activated (usually within a few hours) we will send you information on self editing and how to add photos.

Global Home Exchange and Vacation Rentals

Once you are a Global Pacific Vacation Homes member, you can advertise additional vacation rental homes or offer your home as both a vacation rental and home exchange at no extra cost on both sites. 

1. Marketing your vacation rental home property on the Internet is most cost effective advertising you can do. We actively promote our members vacation rental listings worldwide

2. We create and publish your listing page and all links for you. No need for you to know any programming or HTML. If you already have your own vacation home web site, we can include a link to your page at no extra cost - having a second listing page means that your property will be  indexed in search engines Twice. We would appreciate a reciprocal link to our site.

3. We have no setup fees, no extra cost for photos and we do not charge commissions or referral fees.  In fact, once you are an advertising member, you can advertise additional vacation rentals for free.

4. Up to ten photos included at no extra cost. Update your photos online as often as you like with no charge.

5. Your property will be included in our country index - making it easy for others to locate your property.

6. You set the prices - Renters contact you directly via e-mail or phone.

7. All Global Pacific Vacation Home vacation rental members have access to a personal control panel area for self editing.  You may update your profile (address phone email change passwords and user name), view your listing as others see it, change text or add photos  You may also check all email contacts that were sent to you by our contact form as copies of these are located in the internal messaging system area.

8. There is no cost to advertise additional homes once you are registered and your self edit area is activated.  There is no additional cost to register your home as both a vacation rental and home exchange.  Please note, home exchanges will be displayed on our Global Home Exchange and Vacation Homes site.

Be sure to include a photo of the view, living room, kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, pool, and exterior.
