Help! I'm not finding an
exchange
Do you just send one inquiry
at a time or mass contact?
Some members like to send out one
or two inquiries
then wait for responses while others mass contact with 50 to 100
inquiries sent the same day. Which ever method you
choose please make you emails appear personable. Just be precise in what
you want and what you are offering in the exchange.
There is nothing wrong with each of
these contact methods but please:
If you send out mass inquiries,
please keep track of which listings you contacted and with which
organization. When I receive an inquiry then respond, it is
disheartening to receive a reply saying, "Please remind me of your
city, listing number and home exchange club."
