San Ramon de Tres Rios Costa Rica

Sep 30, 2010 Our spacious home, at 5,000 feet altitude, is above San Jose, 9 miles (14 kms) East. It sleeps six-eight, in three bedrooms and comfy sofabed in the den. Four bathrooms are downstairs and a 1/2 bath upstairs. Upstairs are also the living room, the dining room, library, office and kitchen. There are three fireplaces.
The view from the glassed-in balcony, which runs the length of the house, is lovely. The bus stop to town is a five-minute walk from the house. Our 4-door, MANUAL TRANSMISSION 2010 Nissan Tiida isavailable for exchange. A serviceman lives in (in separate quarters). He feeds the pets (cat and dogs), cleans house & garden, and washes the dishes.
Multiple activities in Costa Rica include rivers for white-water rafting, miles of pristine beaches (2-hour drive), cloud forests, national parks, active volcanoes blowing their tops, canals loaded with water birds, and protected beaches where you can watch the giant turtles come in to lay their eggs at night as they have for millions of years.
