Our home is lovely, memorable place to visit. Open living area, artfully furnished, formal dining, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, laundry room, Sky TV, internet, 2 car garage, amazing gardens in a quiet neighborhood only 2 K's from town. Sleeps 6-8. Queenstown is an exciting place to visit with attractions unlike anywhere else in the world. Winery Tours, hiking, skiing, winter sports and festivals, kayaking, river surfing, bungee jumping, skydiving, canyon swinging, and more. Queenstown boasts over 160 restaurants in a village setting. We are near Milford Sound, Glenorchy/Paradise where much of Lord of the Rings was filmed, 5 hrs from Christchurch by car. We stay here Nov-March and will be in Northern California March-Oct. We would exchange any or all of this time. 2 people in our party.
