There is a patio at the front and a large sundeck with barbecue and beautiful small park at the back. Close to ocean, sandy beaches, pristine rivers and lakes. There is salmon and trout fishing and a great ski resort at Mount Washington BC, only an hour away for alpine Summer walks.
We are in an upscale neighborhood and close to stores, live theatre, movies, and many restaurants. We are situated on the outskirts of the city Nanaimo, which is just north of Victoria, the capital of British Columbia Canada. There are large modern ferries to Vancouver or it is just 15 minutes by plane. We are a retired couple who would like to exchange with other couples. At this time, our home is not really set up for young children. We love where we live and would like to exchange and visit other great places too...
