NANAIMO BC HOME EXCHANGE. OUR HOME IS IN A QUIET AREA OF NICE HOMES . IT IS VERY CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING CENTERS. ONLY 10 MINS TO VANCOUVER FERRY (CROSSING TIME APPROX.1:35MINS).about 20 mins from nanaimo airport and 120kms from COMOX airport. APPROX.120 KMS NORTH OF VICTORIA. Nanaimo is a small city of approx.90,000 people. nanaimo is on the ocean and is the central part of the island. there are many mountains and lakes close by. there are also a large number of great golf couses close by. we also have 3 kayaks to take to the lake or the ocean to do some exploring.our home is a cute 3bdrm. 3bth . split level home with a gas fireplace and spacious layout. we are a younger proffesional couple(30's)(cook and teacher). we are very neat and our home is nicely decorated and very cozy . our home has a small yard but backs onto a childrens park. we have 2 queen beds and 1 king in the master . 2 bathrooms are just toilets and sink and the other is large with a deep tub and shower. we may be willing to trade vehicles as well but that would have to be disscused. we also may be looking for a home exchange in march of 2010 or possibly even febuary when the olympics are here. any other questions feel free to ask . we are only looking for accomidations in australia from july 7th -28th but our home will be free from june 29-july 29 2009 .no smoking no pets . thanks for the interest.
