We are a family of 5 and would like to swap to a house that also accomodates 5 people. We have 3 bedrooms - apart from the main bedroom there is a boys room and a room that our 2 girls share with bunkbeds. We have a lovely family bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The girls room also has a sink.
As well as a comfy living room, we have a large kitchen with a dining table and a seperate dining room with a large table. This room we also use as a home office.
There is a small garden comprising of a patio with bbq, and a lawn area with a pond. There is also a 10ft trampoline.
In the garage at the bottom of the garden there is a full-size drumkit. In the house there are various musical instruments for your use, such as guitars and a keyboard.
The area of London we live in is a leafy suburb, but is well situated for exploring all the sights that London has to offer. There are many nice areas with interesting shops & restaurants which are accessible by car, or by the excellent bus and tube network.
There are many local parks & open spaces, as well as sports facilities nearby. We are 15 minutes drive from an ice rink, where the men of our household spend most of their free time playing ice hockey.
