We are a retired couple with house and animal sitting experience looking to spend a few months in Western Australia. Our home is a separate dwelling with two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to four people. Has a large kitchen/dining/living area and a separate sunny lounge. A large deck on the North side and a large deck on the South side where the sea views are. Down a quiet ROW shared with considerate neighbours. Our daughter lives in a small flat below the main house. There are lots of parks around and beaches nearby on the Manukau harbour. Auckland has even better beaches on the Waitemata harbour just half an hour away, as well as lovely islands in the gulf which are easily accessed by ferry.
Shops and bus at end of street nearby. Supermarket etc 1km away. Malls 6km away. Sporting complex and golf courses nearby. 15min by car to city 20min to airport. Rotorua and Bay of Islands are an easy day's drive away. The skifields are about 4 hours away in our winter. Children maybe
