Our rear yard contains a small pool and spa, and two places to dine outdoors: you can choose to eat under the covered patio, or dine seated beneath the trees. [PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety concerns about the pool, we request that only adults OR families with older children stay at the house.]
Our home is well situated with access to three major highways: Routes 101, 202 or I-10. It is 10 miles from Phoenix and 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. From Chandler, you'll be able to drive 90 miles south to Tucson, and 4 hours north to get to the red rocks at Sedona. You can reach Grand Canyon and Northern Arizona sights after a 6 hour drive, or travel west and get to San Diego in 5 hours.
Within a mile there are food markets, many restaurants and several shopping centers, including Chandler Fashion Square Mall. Phoenix offers many museums and sports attractions. There are many golf courses, desert parks and mountain hiking venues nearby.
