Our family home in the village of Brooms Head is a sought after beach holiday spot. A friendly and small community Brooms Head is surrounded by National Park and pristine beaches. Our home is located 200m from a north facing and 300m from a south facing beach. Other fishing,walking tracks and swimming places a short drive away. Beautiful temperate climate. Home has three bedrooms and can accommodate 4-5 comfortably.The house is elevated with garages and second laundry/bathroom downstairs.Bedrooms bathroom/toilet and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge upstairs. Small balcony with sitting area and day bed overlooks large front garden. Garden is perfect for outdoor eating and BBQ's. We have three possibly four people in our travelling party. Brooms Head is on the north coast of NSW and close to regional towns. Easy access to the major highway that takes you to Byron Bay 90 minutes north, Brisbane 3 hours north or Sydney to the south. Major airport a 80 minute drive to the north. The village has its own general store and Bowling Club and is 24kms from Maclean which has local medical and shopping services.Apart from the month of January which is busy due to school holidays the rest of the year guarantees you long stretches of sandy beaches with very few others. Natural pristine conditions with abundant wildlife especially kangaroos and the endangered coastal emu.Our beautiful clean beaches are perfect for swimming, surfing and long relaxing walks.World famous surfing spots such as Angourie Point are a short drive away.This destination ensures a peaceful and hassel free stay. Car exchange possible.
