Olympia, Washington

Mar 31, 2020 Our home is a two-story duplex, located in downtown Olympia, Washington, the state capitol. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, about 1500-1600 square ft (about 140m2). Downstairs has a large living area, 1/2 bathroom, kitchen and dining area and attached garage. Upstairs includes three large bedrooms and a full bathroom. It can comfortably fit 6 people, but more if those are willing to sleep on a couch downstairs. There is a back and front yard, with a swing set and multiple garden beds in the back.

Our home is directly on a bus line that takes you either downtown (5 minutes ride or 10 minute walk), or to the train station the other way (15 minutes). Olympia has some wonderful attractions for the whole family right in town, including beautiful parks and recreation opportunities, percival landing, and the Hands on Children's Museum.

In addition, many attractions are a short drive away including: Portland and Mount St. Helen's, Seattle, the Cascade Mountain Range, Canada, Mount Rainier, and the Olympic Peninsula.
