It is our main home, which is beautiful and comfortable. It is on the 7th floor with lots of windows and light. We are empty nesters and decided to fix one of the bedrooms as a dressing room with a sofa bed, and another is fixed as my studio (I'm an artist, my husband is a University professor). Our bedroom has a large double bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it´s open to the dining room, which has a balcony. There is an open laundry with a washing machine. We have a main bathroom and a separated shower room, and also a toilet. The living room is large and airy.
It is located in a classy neighborhood (RETIRO/ PLAZA SAN MARTIN), art galleries, pedestrian zone and public transportation at hand. Near Teatro Colon and Obelisco, and not far from San Telmo, tango and restaurants area.
