Dec 31, 2013 We offer a heritage listed art deco apartment high on a cliff overlooking the city and with direct frontage to the Brisbane River. Walk to shops, cafes, parks, museums and galleries. A pleasant river walk to the City takes about 10 minutes. We have our own boat, boat shed and pontoon for outdoor entertaining. The Gold Coast is less than an hour's drive as is the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Although the house is in its original condition from the 1930's, the apartment is over 100m2, roomy and very comfortable with 1 large bedroom and a smaller one. It has a large kitchen, bathroom and 3 separate living areas with timber polished floors.

New Farm is a vibrant, cosmopolitan riverside area of Brisbane which combines the convenience of city living with an atmosphere of relaxion.

All the attractions of a major city are within walking distance - yet tropical trees and flowering shrubs provide the feeling of being on holiday.

We, Adam and Eileen, have our own business that has been taking up too much of our time so we are freeing up in 2013. We love sport and keeping fit and are ready for many more adventures before our next business project. We are particularly interested in an exchange in England, Italy and France leading up to Christmas but will consider all suggestions and all times.
