Auckland (north) New Zealand Home Exchange/Long Term/Sabbatical/Seniors Home Exchange
Listing Expires:
Mar 31, 2014
Description:
My home is approx 45 mins from Auckland city but is in a very quiet suburb on the Whangaparaoa peninsula and is very private. It is one of 2 adjoining units and I have great neighbours. It is a 5 minute drive to a small shopping mall with a supermarket, a few mins drive to a leisure centre with great facilities including a pool and gym, and also 5 mins drive to a multi-picture theatre. The view is stunning and the safe swimming beach is very close. I have a kayak and boogie boards which would be available. It is also a short drive to a surf beach.
The home has stairs on entering as well as an upstairs area so is not really suitable for very young children or those in wheelchairs. It has 3 bedrooms which are small and sleeps 5 - one bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. There is a bathroom on each level. The kitchen/dining/living area is open-plan and large glass sliding doors open from them onto a deck with a spa pool. The deck is surrounded by native trees but also the view of the water and the sunsets. There is a double carport at the front of the home, and I would be happy to exchange cars as well. Mine is a 1996 Ford Laser.
I have 2 cats which come with the house and will need food and cuddles.
